Medication Assisted Treatment
We offer same day Medication Assisted Treatment
Unison Health offers medications to assist with managing drug and alcohol use. Clients receive medical services and support, along with concurrent inpatient or outpatient services.
Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD):
We offer opiate replacement (e.g., Suboxone, Buprenorphine, Sublocade)
Other Medications used:
Non-opiate replacement (Vivitrol, Naltrexone) to assist with withdrawal and cravings.

How to participate
Prior to the administration of any medications each individual will be assessed by a medical professional and all treatment options discussed with each individual. The final course of treatment will be a collaboration between the individual and their provider.
Same day access is available to those who are eligible at our 1212 Cherry Street location Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 2 pm.
Individuals must check in with the front desk prior to 2 pm to be seen. All clients will be expected to provide a urine sample and may be required to complete blood work prior to medication administration.
