How to Access MRSS

A trained MRSS team is dispatched — usually within an hour.
They meet the youth where they are to de-escalate the situation and ensure everyone's safety.
The team develops a personalized safety plan and offers follow-up support for up to 72 hours.
With consent, MRSS can continue to provide support for up to 42 days, connecting the youth and their family to ongoing community resources.
